Still off of the smokes since I read his book and I was a heavy smoker for 20 years … all I can say is just read it, I wish I did years ago. Good luck

I was given his “Easy Way” book 8 years ago and after 22 years of smoking I quit. I didn’t expect to, but I have never had the desire to smoke since. Tragically his method is not that well known, even though for those that finish the book there is an 80% success rate – even more amazing it’s completely painless. The problem is most smokers don’t like anyone telling them how to quit smoking, I was the same. Somehow I was given the book and in a moment of weakness I began reading it. Thanks AC RIP

I bought his book.. …
I bought his book… it’s really good. However, it did not work for me. I’m 23, been smoking 2 packs a week for 4 years now. His book really focuses on an older audience (maybe 30 years+) and smokers who smoke 1 pack a day, or more. I cough when I smoke, and I’m miserable when I’m not smoking. I wish I could meet Allen Carr so he could give me some advice for my situation.
