You obviously aren’t allowed to bring tobacco products on school grounds *cough* Stupid rule*. But are you allowed to bring a non tobacco product into school and smoke it?… I mean, what rule are you breaking here lol.
Technically, if the law forbids you from smoking tobacco products within school grounds then therefore if you were to ’smoke’ a nicotine-based ‘quit smoking‘ product that does not contain tobacco, then it shouldn’t be a problem. In my Secondary School (High School in US) you aren’t allowed to smoke on the grounds, however, by using a Nicorette (c) Inhalator (I don’t know if there’s anything similar in the US… It’s a non-electrical device that allows you to take in nicotine without the smoke/extras that tobacco has) you are not breaking any rules and therefore are allowed.
Just wondering o_O i’m never going to smoke, im just wondering if the electric cigarette is still legal
This is the warning on the electronic cigarettes website: You must be over the legal age to buy and/or use this product with nicotine option.
