E-Cig News Report

I quit smoking today and need support..all former smokers please tell me how much better you feel after quiting.. do the heart palpitations, shortness of breath and fatigue all go away? does your circulation improve?
This is so hard…

I quit last August (for good) after smoking for 23 years. It takes 3 days for the nictotine to leave your body. Drink plenty of water. Just be careful not to trade one addiction for another…like food. LOL Yes, it’s worth it. You will feel and look better. And soon the smell of others smoking will gross you out.

Good luck!
