Soooo….you have heard about E-cigarettes!
You don’t know if they are right for you but you want to try them right? I was the same way.
I have tried over 20 different kinds of e cigarettes and this Krave is the best disposable I have found. It has lasted me over 2 weeks and just keeps going.
Try the best disposable on the market for under 20 bucks.

I used hypnosis a few years back to try to quit smoking. I went smoke free for three days and it was really easy, hardly any cravings at all, but I went back to it, obviously. I just recently quit using the Rx Chantix and have been a non-smoker for two months now!!! The hypnosis experience seemed a little weird when I was in it, not bad, but I’m a bit of a realist, so just the fact that I was in a dark room with someone talking softly to me and all of that stuff made me feel a little bit fruity. But, I think it would’ve worked had I listened to the tapes the hypnotist gave me rather than lighting up.
I just started using Chantix yesterday. I’ll tell ya, I’m still smoking as usual today. For those who have tried Chantix, how were you after your first week?
Yeah, I smoke about a pack a day. I’ve tried patches and gum. I’m giving this a try, but if the side effects prove to be too much, I will try something else.
Agreed. I didn’t sleep worth a crap last night. Maybe a tylenol PM will assist in that.
It’s good. The reports on it’s causing suicidal tendencies might reveal something deeper in the person that may need to get therapy for which alot of people who have mild mental health problems neglect looking into. But the first day I slept 15 hours. whew. the next day everything went back to normal. I would hate to think that this desiese people put on their lips and suck on to smoke which is going to kill you anyway wouldn’t make people at least try it . after a couple of days I didn’t have any cravings for a cigg. I just lit up due to habit. but i’m on day 10 and it’s going great. I could hold a cigg in my hand when I want to first lite up and for like two days now I just stick it in my ear and wait like two hours before I actually light up that morning cigg because the craveing is not there anymore and since my target day is less then a week away I am sure I’ll dump those stinky ciggs and see things brighter . Belive me.. when you quit you’re going to know just how horrible it smells on people on clothes in cars and just walking by a smoker if you get a wiff of it will make you vomit. This is my fifth try and this is the best. Nicotene gums and patches just give you a nice overdose of nicotene at a premium. for that just smoke twice as much to save money for the same cause. Goodluck man. Heck you don’t really need luck with chantix. I am sure you can do it.
SO I CAN CONVINCE MY BOYFRIEND TO STOP.
haha some facts? ummm it’s awesome as long as it doesnt take over your life. sorry sweetie but you’re not going to get him to stop…weed isnt something to be worried about it’s not like it’s cocaine or anything…thats when you need to be worried…but weed? light up and relax
I am so ready to quit smoking but as stupid as it sounds I feel like quitting smoking is losing a best friend. I get so depressed when I try to quit which makes me start back. Any tips for quitting. The gum and patch just don’t work for me. I’d like to quit before it’s too late.
"What you call depression is in reality an illusion" HA HA HA!!! No effing way it’s an illusion! Been there and it’s real!
Hey, This isn’t a smoking cessation program or gimmick- definately not any kind of sales pitch either. 3 Weeks ago I ordered an E Cigarette. I figured if I was going to smoke, I might as well try to get off tobacco. Anyway…
I found this forum on e-cigs and did a lot of reading before I decided on which model and supplier etc.
I’ve been off real cigs for 4 days now, with no depression at all and no real withdrawal symptoms like all the other times. I control my nicotine lvl and will gradually step it down; when I’M ready!
Do yourself a favor and check it out. Costs nothing but time to do some reading.

My friend went to the doctor recently, and they found traces of cancer in his blood. However, he doesn’t want to stop smoking. Talking to him won’t help because he’s given up on life. He hasn’t told his parents yet, and making him feel guilty doesn’t work. How do I stop him?
You CANT make someone else stop. You just cant do it. He has to want to. And even with cancer, it his body and his choice.
